This is my character Takuma with a new outfit and new hair style. To make this illustration, I used a 0.7 mm mechanical pencil and Adobe Photoshop CS2.

Cool work. The design looks great. His hairline is way too close to his eyes though; he seems to be missing his forehead. You might also consider adding some line weight to differentiate the forms on the figure, making the lines for larger, heavier and closer objects thicker to give the drawing depth.
